About the course

This course will develop the skills and knowledge required for learners to be effective HR professionals. This is supported through accreditation through CIPD which is a nationally recognised professional body in HR. Learners on this course will develop the skills that will allow employs to provide effective HR support and advice as well as move to the next stage of their HR career.

Entry Requirements

Learners will ideally have one of the following:

1. Completed CIPD Level 3

2. Degree in Business with HR

3. Relevant industry experience

Assessment

Completion of seven written assignments.
