BURNLEY COLLEGE SIXTH FORM CENTRE

T Levels

Take your learning to the next level…

At Burnley College Sixth Form Centre we are leading the way in offering a wide range of T Levels in Construction, Digital, Education, Engineering and Healthcare Science.

Tenacious | Talented | Trail-Blazing

We’ve even got our own T Level Ambassador, who works alongside the Department of Education to help develop these exciting and innovative qualifications.

T Levels are Level 3 technical qualifications you can complete after GCSEs and are the equivalent to three A Levels. They can allow you to progress to university, to a higher-level apprenticeship or to follow your vocation in the sector of your choice.

T Levels last two years (just like an A Level, Advanced Vocational course or certain Advanced Apprenticeships) and have been developed with employers and businesses so the content meets the needs of industry and prepares you for a successful career.

This exciting qualification offers students a mixture of classroom learning and industry experience during a workplace placement of at least 315 hours (around 45 days) that will help you take your skills and knowledge to the next level and gain valuable sector-specific experience.
